• An easy to use, fully authorable crossword generator which has features not found on other similar programs. Compiled by practising teachers, it features a 3300 word/phrase database (expandable), divided into sections on nouns, verbs, adjectives, phrasal verbs/dependent prepositions and idioms/collocations.

• There are six levels, ranging from false beginners to
  advanced (Cambridge Proficiency) level. Clues are
  similar to those you would expect to find in a learner
  dictionary, usually with an example of the word in
  context in addition to a definition. All databases are
  fully authorable, and users can also create their own
  crosswords, specifically tailored to the needs of
  their students.

• All crosswords can be printed off for use in the
  classroom, either empty or as seen, so a student
  can complete his/her work at home if (s)he runs out
  of time. There are five different sizes of crossword,
  so the puzzles can be adapted in terms of size for
  students with only a short time in the self-access
  centre, to students who want to challenge
  themselves with something more substantial.

• The program also features three wordsearch
  options, using words, clues or anagrams.
